Welcome to Aura Beauty Collection. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Aura Beauty Collection.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aura Beauty Collection. By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. ONLINE STORE

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a transaction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

We aim to present our products, colours, textures, lengths and other details as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings and the nature of the product.

Hair products may also have minor variations between individual units. Product-specific information, including hair type, length, lace construction and care or styling guidance, will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our South African store are shown in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted by us, except where permitted by applicable law.

Payment must be successfully completed through one of the payment methods available at checkout before an order can be processed.

4. ORDERS

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock errors or product unavailability. Where payment has already been received and an order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, delivery address, email address and other order information are accurate before completing checkout.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided as estimates and may be affected by courier operations, outlying or rural delivery areas, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African law.

Due to the nature of wigs and hair products, certain return conditions may apply for hygiene reasons. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before opening, altering, cutting, colouring, styling or otherwise using your product.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African consumer law.

7. PRODUCT CARE & USE

Customers should follow the care and styling instructions supplied with the product or displayed on our website.

Heat suitability and recommended temperatures may differ according to the hair type. Customers should check the specific product description and care instructions before applying heat, colouring or chemically treating a wig.

Aura Beauty Collection is not responsible for damage caused by use or treatment contrary to supplied product instructions, subject always to rights available under applicable law.

8. WEBSITE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing or other details.

We may correct such information and update the website where appropriate, subject to our obligations in relation to orders already placed and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the Aura Beauty Collection name, branding, website content, graphics, photographs and other original materials belonging to us may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without our permission, except as permitted by law.
