At Aura Beauty Collection, every order is carefully prepared and packaged before making its way to you. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from courier delivery time.
Delivery Within South Africa
Aura Beauty Collection offers standard door-to-door delivery throughout South Africa at a flat rate of R119.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:
Major centres: approximately 3–5 business days
Regional, rural and outlying areas: delivery may require additional time depending on the destination and courier service availability.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking updates using the contact information provided with your order.
Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and contact number are complete and correct when placing your order.
Courier Delays
While we aim to ensure that orders reach you as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, regional accessibility or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Aura Beauty Collection will assist with delivery-related enquiries where reasonably possible.
Incorrect Addresses & Unsuccessful Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to Aura Beauty Collection due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to receive the parcel, an additional delivery fee may be required before the order can be resent.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available at checkout.
